Terms & Conditions | Femora Comfort

1. General Overview

These Terms of Trade govern all B2B commercial transactions, OEM manufacturing agreements, and export contracts executed between Femora Comfort ("Manufacturer") and our commercial clients ("Distributor" or "Buyer"). By submitting a Purchase Order (PO), the Buyer agrees to these terms.

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

All orders are subject to flexible Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) starting from as low as 10 pieces depending on category. Standard product supply and dispatch time is 7 to 15 days.

3. Payment Terms

Unless explicitly stated in a signed master service agreement, standard payment terms require a 30% advance via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) upon PO confirmation to commence production, with the remaining 70% balance due upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight are accepted for bulk export orders exceeding ₹5,000,000 INR.

4. Shipping & Incoterms

We primarily operate on Free On Board (FOB) terms from Mundra or Nhava Sheva ports. We can also accommodate Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) or Ex Works (EXW) upon request. Risk of loss transfers from the Manufacturer to the Buyer at the port of origin under FOB terms.

5. Quality Assurance & Claims

Femora Comfort adheres to ISO 9001:2015 and CE quality standards. Any claims regarding defective merchandise must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within 14 days of container arrival at the destination port. We accept no liability for damage occurring during maritime transit unless CIF insurance was executed through our logistics desk.

6. Intellectual Property (OEM)

For Private Label agreements, the Buyer guarantees they hold the legal rights to the trademarks and brand assets provided for packaging. The Manufacturer claims no ownership over the Buyer's intellectual property and guarantees it will not be utilized for unauthorized production.
